Delete Account Request
Use this page to request deletion of your MoodBridge account and associated app data. The request is prepared locally in your browser and sent from your own email app.
Before You Send
Include the email address or account identifier used in MoodBridge so the request can be verified. For your safety, do not include passwords, recovery codes, payment details, or other sensitive secrets.
What happens after your request
After we receive your request, we may verify that you are the owner of the MoodBridge account before processing the deletion.
Once verified, the following data associated with your MoodBridge account may be deleted:
- Your anonymous MoodBridge account.
- Your pairing information.
- Your mood history.
- Your optional messages and comments.
- Your associated device registration and notification tokens.
Some information may be temporarily retained where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations. Any retained information will be deleted once it is no longer required.
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after successful verification.
